I am a graduate student in philosophy, currently completing an MA at Central European University in Vienna. My work sits at the intersection of philosophy of mind and epistemology, and I am especially interested in what an interdisciplinary approach, one that draws on the natural sciences, can offer questions about subjectivity and knowledge.
Before returning to graduate study, I spent several years working directly with people rather than only writing about them: as a wilderness therapy field guide, a conservation corps crew leader, and a child welfare caseworker. I write about both sides of that work, academic and otherwise, and you can find more on the About and Research pages, along with a longer-running journal of essays on travel and everyday life.
